At Nordway Roastery, we take pride in delivering your coffee fresh, fast, and safely across Egypt.

All orders are packed and dispatched directly from our roastery to ensure maximum freshness.

Processing Time

  • Orders are roasted and prepared within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Freshly roasted coffee may require a short resting period (degassing) before dispatch to maintain optimal flavor.

Delivery Time

  • Cairo & Alexandria: 2–4 business days
  • Major Cities & Other Governorates: 3–5 business days
  • Upper Egypt & Remote Areas: 4–6 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or holidays.

Shipping Rates

  • Cairo & Alexandria: Flat rate of 75 EGP per order
  • Other Governorates: 85–110 EGP depending on distance and courier zone
  • Free shipping on orders above 1,500 EGP

Delivery Partners

We collaborate with trusted local couriers to ensure timely and reliable deliveries across Egypt.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Address & Delivery Attempts

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct.

If the courier cannot reach you after two delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us — in this case, re-shipping fees will apply.
