At Nordway, we’re committed to delivering your coffee in great condition and as quickly as possible. Please read the shipping policy below before placing an order.

1) Shipping Coverage

We ship within Egypt to most governorates.
If your area is considered remote or requires special handling, we may contact you to confirm delivery details.

2) Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (roasting/packing/preparing).

Orders confirmed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3) Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 3 to 5 business days.
Please note that delivery may take longer during peak seasons (e.g., Ramadan/Eid) or due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, courier delays, heavy traffic, etc.).

4) Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are clearly shown at checkout before payment and may vary based on the destination and package weight.

If a free or discounted shipping offer is available, its terms will be stated on the offer page.

5) Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will share tracking details (when provided by the courier) via SMS/WhatsApp/email based on the contact information used in your order.

6) Delivery Address & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unresponsive contact details, the courier may reschedule delivery or return the shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply according to the courier’s policy.

7) Checking Your Order Upon Delivery

Please check the following upon delivery:

The package is sealed and shows no visible damage.

The items match your order confirmation.

If there is visible damage to the package, we recommend taking clear photos before opening and contacting us within 24 hours.

8) Delays, Lost, or Undeliverable Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, contact us and we will follow up with the courier until it is delivered.

In rare cases of lost or undeliverable shipments, we will offer an appropriate solution based on the courier’s investigation (replacement shipment or refund, depending on the case).

9) Order Changes or Cancellations

You may request changes or cancellation before the order is shipped.

Once the order has been handed to the courier, cancellation is not possible. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy (if applicable).
