We source our coffees from remarkable producers across the world  from the hills of Guatemala and Costa Rica to the highlands of Ethiopia and beyond. Each coffee we choose is traceable, sustainably grown, and carefully evaluated through cupping and sensory analysis before it ever reaches the roaster.

Our roasting process combines science and artistry. Every batch is profiled, logged, and refined to highlight natural sweetness, vibrant acidity, and clean clarity the hallmarks of the Nordic style.

We roast small batches in Egypt using state-of-the-art equipment to ensure freshness and consistency in every cup.
